Austin to Boston

Howdy! If you're looking for the next crazy Perkins family adventure, you're in the right place! A lot has changed since we last blogged about a trip- 2/4 of the kids have been married off, and our sweet baby Ellen has graduated from high school! :) In this chapter, the Perkins family will embark for Boston, to do many boring educational things.

Alright, let's get straight to the good stuff.

Here's our gratuitous selfie in the car at 9 am on our way to the airport in Austin. Aren't we cute?

We also spotted a dog squatting on the way- kind of a family tradition to stop and stare (don't ask).

Luckily, we barely missed tropical storm Bill on our way out of town. We'll do our best not to brag about the nice (dry) weather here.

The rest of our travels were uneventful, and we are now all tucked into bed, scrolling away on our individual mobile devices. Ellen has been shaming us for that, despite her continued use of her own mobile device. #calledout
